Flexibility, with attention to detail and cost is crucial in our book, so we offer several options to provide you with the home you have always wanted.
Although we have many “standard” designs to choose from we are quite happy to alter any of our models to meet your special instructions. You may wish to install a bi-fold door into an elevation that has views to die for, or perhaps you need to fit an office into the floor plan – it’s all do-able. If you want to extend the footprint of a standard model, that’s no problem either. And the best part? There is no extra cost!
If you have your own idea or design – send a drawing or a basic sketch to us with the footprint dimensions and we will generate a budget quote for you. It doesn’t matter if your drawing is an architect’s design or a pencil sketch “on the back of a fag packet” – our designers will soon convert it to a scale drawing so we can quote you............... there is no charge for this service.
Once we have agreed design and price with you we will generate a set of drawings for your new lodge unit consisting of floor-plan, section and elevation drawings for your approval prior to manufacture.
